Cedar Rapids Civil Rights Commission—Part 2: The commission reviews and discusses particular revisions to a housing ordinance which has been in preparation for about 3 years for presentation to and adoption by the City Council. The Commission has been guided in this work by Prof. Len Sandler of the U of I Law School and students therefrom.
